Product overview
Polyurethane waterproof coating is an one-component water-cured elastic coating. According to the water-cured feature of isocyanate-NCO, the prepolymer absorbs water in the air and turns to cured film.
Feature:

2. With good flexibility and high extensibility, this product has a good adaptability to the stretch or crack of the base level
3. Good surface adhesion to concrete, marble, wood, metal, pottery etc.
4. Anti-aging, corrosion resistance, excellent climate adaptation, acid and alkali resistance
Application:
1. Gutter, canopy, and all kinds of roofs
2. Underground: internal and external wall of basement, basement foundation slab, elevator shaft, tunnel, pipeline etc.
3. Joint: the settlement joint, expansion joint, construction joint, pipe in the wall and drain gully etc., also available for the caulking on the base level of the road, airport and tarmac
Construction:
1. The base need to repair must be clean, solid, with caulking and no water on it.
2. Detail processing: stick fiberglass or non-woven fabrics to the convex corner and concave corner, pipe orifice and deformation joint as the reinforced layer, and stick them firmly to the coating.
3. Protection: Protect the finished waterproof layer during their subsequent construction. Once it is damaged, please inform the waterproof company in time to repair.
Notice:
1. Keep the rest of coating sealed.
2. The construction environment should remain ventilation.
3. Avoid the rain for 12 hours after construction.
4. Don’t tread on waterproof layer for 24 hours after construction.
